CE Ledger is operated by Media Minds Nexus LLC. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Media Minds Nexus LLC.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use CE Ledger.

2. Description of Service

CE Ledger is a private, internal financial dashboard used by a single business entity. The service provides:

• Read-only display of connected financial account data
• Internal financial reporting and reconciliation capabilities
• Account balance and transaction viewing

CE Ledger is not a public service and is intended for internal business use only.

Bank account data is accessed through Plaid Inc., a third-party financial data provider.

CE Ledger does not initiate, approve, or execute financial transactions of any kind.

3. User Authorization

You represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to access the financial accounts you connect to CE Ledger
• You explicitly authorize each bank account connection
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You consent to CE Ledger accessing financial account data via Plaid solely for internal business reporting purposes

You authorize CE Ledger to access your financial account data via Plaid solely for the purposes described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

4. No Financial Advice

CE Ledger does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or any other form of professional advice.

All data displayed within CE Ledger is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make, regardless of information displayed in CE Ledger.

You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

5. No Credit or Eligibility Decisions

CE Ledger is not used for and does not support:

• Credit decisions or credit underwriting
• Lending decisions
• Employment screening or hiring decisions
• Insurance underwriting
• Tenant screening
• Any other eligibility determinations

CE Ledger is not used for credit reporting and does not provide or generate consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

6. Consent and Disclosure

What Data Is Accessed

When you connect a financial account, CE Ledger accesses:

• Account balances
• Transaction history
• Account identifiers and institution information

Why Data Is Accessed

Your financial data is accessed solely for internal financial reporting and reconciliation purposes. Data is displayed in read-only format and is not used to make automated decisions.

Data is not used for identity verification, credit scoring, underwriting, or behavioral profiling.

How to Revoke Access

You may revoke CE Ledger's access to your financial accounts at any time by:

• Visiting the Plaid portal at https://my.plaid.com
• Contacting us directly at support@mediamindsnexus.com

By using CE Ledger, you acknowledge that Plaid is a third-party service provider and that your financial data is subject to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy.

By using CE Ledger, you provide informed and explicit consent for the collection, use, and display of your financial data as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CE Ledger is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Data from third-party financial institutions will be accurate or complete
• The service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CE Ledger and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any decisions you make based on data displayed in CE Ledger
• Interruptions or unavailability of third-party services (including Plaid or financial institutions)
• Inaccuracies in data provided by financial institutions
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of CE Ledger after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to CE Ledger at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles or international data transfer rules.
